MR STICKY'S®

Colle révolutionnaire utilisable aussi bien à sec que sous l'eau. Tous supports.

Surface preparation:

Abrade and roughen surfaces with sandpaper, steel wool or similar.
In difficult to bond cases:
for PVC - wipe with acetone*; for other plastics - clean with wet cloth; for non-plastics - clean appropriately.

Mixing two parts of adhesive:

for cartridges and clip-pack pouches - release needed amount;
for separate containers - mix thoroughly 1:1 by volume or 4:3 by weight
Mixing is done when color of the epoxy becomes uniform.

Dispensing the Adhesive:

spread along edges and on the tension bearing points as needed;

for best results - apply on both bonding substrates

Bonding:

press firmly two bonding surfaces together, slide along each other,make final adjustments, apply some pressure over the surfaces and keep them undisturbed for at least 4 hours, preferably 24 hours.

Please note:

Mixture working life - 30 - 60 minutes
Do not move for - 3 - 4 hours
Useable in - 24 hours
Full bonding Strength - 1 week

Most types of PVC don't require the acetone wiping but some do. It's best to test bonding both with and without acetone

"DO's"...

Do clean and / or abrade surfaces as much as possible for strongest bond.
* Do allow full cure time for maximum strength.
* Do clean PVC that has been in the sun prior to bonding with acetone or alcohol.
(Plasticizers in PVC can form waxy surfaces preventing bonding if PVC became warm enough.)

"DON'T"...

Don't apply PVC primer before using glue on PVC.
* Don't allow pressure in a pipe or similar application until glue is cured.
* Don't use in conditions more than 200 degrees F.
* Don't squeeze all of glue out of joint with excess pressure.
* Don't mix with fingers.
